FELDMAN GALE WELCOMES BRENNAN J. DONNELLY AS OF COUNSEL

MIAMI, FL - The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Brennan J. Donnelly has joined the firm's Miami and Tampa offices as Of Counsel. He will focus his practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Donnelly is an experienced litigator who has experience representing international companies and governmental entities in the defense of industrial property claims, including trade name and trade secret claims, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Rehabilitation Act, actions under Chapter 760, Florida Statutes, sovereign immunity and the 11th Amendment. Prior to joining the firm, Donnelly served as senior partner at The Donnelly Law Firm. In addition, Donnelly is a Past Chief of The State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, Employment Litigation Branch. He also served as a military lawyer for the U.S. Army and the California and Florida National Guards. "We are pleased to welcome Brennan to the firm," said James A. Donnelly is admitted to practice before all Florida U.S. District courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Court of Military Appeals.
